Tri-Ace isn't as large as Square-Enix so their development capability is limited because of limited Human resources hence they can focus at their 2 or 3 games project at a time as far as I know they are at their full capability already right now. But After Valkyrie Profile 2 Silmeria hit the market it was performed and sells well (I am also loved it!
