heres my suggestion you might want to look somewhere else but here is how i defend myself i first don't take your eyes off them always look at them check hands for weapons after that distract them do what you can to distract them take a rag throw it at them do what you can use things around you disarm them take any weapons away (you should consult experts on how to disarm someone) after that immobilize them get them an the ground headlock anything you can punch in the throat get them on the ground then Go for the stomach.
