- Your partner has made a final decision to go back to his ex and you are going to have to accept that. Yes, there is a chance that he and his ex may not make it through their second time around in the relationship and he may come back to you. However, do not let him see you moping around for him and start getting back into the dating circuit because if he sees you do that he may feel he is losing you and it will make him realize one way or the other if he loves you.
