You can't.
To play the song:
As the colored dots come down into the sections of the bar, press the key directly under that spot just as the dot gets there and disappears. You will have to move quickly on some to click the key just as the ball arrives in that section of the bar. Playing enough notes correctly will satisfy Snoopy and you can complete the challenge. Otherwise try again.
