Well you have to get the sheriffs badge before you can go to the shooting contest. You have to get the badge then get a portrait of your self then go the marshals office and go to your inventory and click '' use'' on the portrait and the guy in the office will give you a pea shooter that's when you go to the shooting contest. You have to shoot faster than anyone else. When you do that,you will get a spud gun!
