you get to sims that have very high relashionship and make the first sim relax in the bed then click call over...and click the sim that your sim is in love with. then when the sim are in the bed together it should say cuddle, kiss, woohoo, and try for a baby, click witch ever one you want (i like try for a baby, you get pregnate!) hope it helped, good luck
