Start by using a light weight, maybe 2.5kg and do arm curls. 5 sets of 20 reps an evening would be a good place to start. Increasing the amount of reps by 5 and the sets by 1 every week. Once you reach 10 sets of 45 reps, increase the weight by 2.5kg every time you start again. So by the end of week 20 you should be able to lift 10kg for 10 sets of 45 reps. Remember to eat plenty of proteins and carbs.
i found the best way to do my arms like my biceps and triceps were if you don't have weights just get two garbage bags and a mesh or like a loundry bag of sort something to put the garbage bags in and fill the bag uo with water until you got the weight you want and make a handle if needed.a note on the garbage bags at the end corners tie a little not on the two ends so it don't leak i done it for 3 years and i got a bulky structure so this is my answer hope it helps.

Yes they do. When you are working with weights for your biceps, it also has effect on your stomach muscles. This is getting two workouts for one.
You can't, you must be doing some sort of activity or exercise that involves using the biceps to lift and move excessive amounts of weight.

No it is not possible to deadlift without weights. It would be ineffect without the weights,because they are necessary to perform the exercise and build muscle.
You need to work your biceps and pump the guns until you eventually become stronger.
