first get the c-gear after beating the first gym leader. then save and restart your game. press start at the title screen but DO NOT LOAD YOUR GAME FILE YET!!! scroll down to the option called GAME SYNC SETTINGS. connect to Nintendo wifi and set up your game sync id. next go to www.pokemon-gl.com and make an account. register your game sync id to your account. next play your pokemon white and choose the game sync on the c-gear. tuck in any pokemon from the pc boxes. now go to the dream world on your pokemon.copm account. read the instructions for how the dream world works and when you are done wake up your pokemon the same way you tucked it in. lastly warp to entralink through the wireless option on the c-gear. if you read what the people there say you will have no problems.

Game Sync will not be working currently because in order for it to work, it needs to gain access to the Pokémon Global Link which is a website and while it was originally scheduled to launch on March 30, 2011, the tsunami and the earthquakes in Japan have temporarily postponed the date and there is currently not a known new date for the Global Link's launch.

You have to use a thing called Game Sync. Game Sync lets you put a Pokemon to sleep. If you have wi-fi then this will work. On your C-Gear go to Game Sync. Go to this website pokemon-gl.com and make an account. Then enter the code displayed on your DS. Go to the Dream World. There you can only stay for an hour but you can meet Pokemon from other generations besides the 5th. If your lucky you will run into a Vulpix. When you get to the wish tree select the Vulpix you met and when you wake your Pokemon up in the game you go to wireless connections and go to the Entralink. Once there go in to the forest. Make sure you woke up you're Pokemon before visiting the Entralink. When you're in the forest you should see your Vulpix. All you have to do is approach it and activate a "conversation" with it. Use the dream ball to catch it and BOOM! you got yourself a Vulpix!
