Why doesn't the Death Note work?
Because the Death Note series is of a fictional world.
In deathnote Death Note there is volume 13 which is just a How To Read volume how does that work how is there a whole volume completely on how to read a manga?
Death Note Volume 13 isn't on "how to read manga" it's on how to read the Death Note, which is a book in the story of the manga Death Note. Volume 13 is sort of like a "bonus disc" to the Death Note series.

you can get a death note at a comic convention or any comic store with death note stuff really...but I'm not sure if they work...im sure they don't work if they do then i want 1 Yes they actually work, they are most commonly dropped in rural areas from midnight until three in the morning depending on the continent. But sadly the show did over exaggerate a little bit because you can only write three names per day and only three days out of the week. But if theres a couple people bothering you there legal in some countries and if not it won't be easy to get caught.
