The way we write out Roman numerals today differs in many respects to how the ancient Romans did themselves and in practice the Romans had no need for such large numbers although it's quite possible to convert 4,574,761 into Roman numerals in the form of:-

(MMMMDLXXIIII)DCCLXI which means 1000*4574+761 = 4,574,761

Note that the ancient Romans would never ever write out IV for 4 because they considered it to be an insult to their main god Jupiter whose name in Latin begins with IV
