While some might argue against this, it is no less true: poetry must be inspired. If that "just because" reason or event or observation is what inspired you, then ride the emotion--poetry is about the emotion, what you feel--and get it down on paper. Once there, you can develop it further, or edit it to work better for what you intend.
So, "How"" is best answered by just do it. Write it down and keep going.

To write a "just because" poem, start by choosing a theme or topic that you want to explore. Then, let your creativity flow freely as you express your thoughts and emotions about the subject in a spontaneous and authentic manner. Remember that the beauty of a "just because" poem lies in its simplicity, so don't overthink it and let your words come naturally.

The heartbeat of a poem. That is a really good question to ask. I write a little poetry myself actually, and i think that poems are all based on your feelings. If you feel sad one day you probably won't write a happy poem. You will write a sad one. Just as if you felt loved, you would write a poem about love. So, a poem isn't a poem unless you have a feeling to it. It all depends on who is writing the poem, and how they feel. Love and Arrows, Erica.
