You cant really write a program with HTML, you can make a webpage similar to this one. To make a program you would need to learn a coding language.
Programming languages: C++, C#, Java, Python, FORTRAN
Web languages: HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL
With web languages its easy to learn basic commands, and do simple things(Pictures, text, and alignment)
With programming languages its a little harder(depending on the language) to do those things. But it is easier to do more complex things, again depending on the language.
It would depend on the program you are using and weather or not it is allowable.
No! HTML is simply code. You can write 1 million pages of HTML code if you want. HTML is not a program. Its code. Now you may have a program that uses HTML code and that program has limitations. But not HTML itself.
HTML is not a programming language in true sense. Though you can: write codes using HTML tags, use other scripting languages, etc to design a web page
HTML is not used for making programs. It is used for making websites.
HTML is, as it name says, a language for markup, not script or programming. This means it is simply not possible to write a web proxy in HTML.
Oracle is a great program for creating a student detail in a table using HTML. One can even use a word processing platform too.
In HTML web programming one uses a frameset to create less linear looking websites. Frameset versions were created to make transferring documents that conformed to the old HTML specification easier.
write a sample program using asp.net explaining all the syntax and semantics of the program
Open notepad or whatever you write HTML with. Place the image you want in the same folder your HTML document is in. In your HTML document editor (Notepad) write the following- <img src=your images name.jpg> (or .GIF or . PNG whatever type of image you are using)
You write in HTML by using a variety of codes such as <HTML><B><BR><UL><Color> ect, to tell the internet browser what to display, HTML coding is a way of getting the browser to display what you want it to, and where you want it to be placed.
A browser reads HTML and displays it as a web page. You can read and edit HTML using a simple program like Windows Notepad.
