If you are the one who is being sexually harrassed and want it to stop you could write a letter to the person and tell them that you find their comments lewd and out of place, that you aren't the type of person they think you are and if this kind of harrassmet continues you will take it to the boss. If you are a boss and want to warn one of your employee's then I wouldn't bother with a written letter, I'd call them in my office away from prying ears of other employee's and lay down the law, that this kind of behavour isn't accepted by this company and should it continue, it will be grounds for dismissal. IF it doesn't stop then fire the person.
