Most authors keep this fairly broad - read the author notes on the back of most books and you'll see how different authors handle this.
In general, you want to AVOID including:
- any specific personal information which could be used to steal your identity (birthdate, specific address or phone number, etc)
- anything which could allow people to walk up to your house unannounced
- names or details of any family members which would allow them to be targeted
- information which is too personal (sexual preferences, salary, or detailed descriptions of your body, for example)
