You probably do not, since BTD is a proprietary database format (Power To-Do List data file) and XLS is a spreadsheet format. DAT is a generic file extension (usually short for DATA). Its format and content are determined by the application that created the file. Without knowing what file created the DAT file, it would be very difficult to deterime how (or even if it was possible) to convert to XLS format. To convert a CPGZ file to XLS, you first need to extract the contents of the CPGZ file, as it is a compressed archive. You can do this by renaming the file extension from .cpgz to .zip and then extracting it using a file extraction tool. Once you have access to the extracted files, check if there is a compatible data format (like CSV) that can be opened in Excel. If so, you can then save or import that data into an XLS format using Excel.
