if your modded controller is not working the best option is to send it back to who you bought it off and see if they can fix it but if you modded it yourself open it up and try to re solder/do whatever you did to attach the mod and make sure nothing is broken

simply do what you did to download the mod then instead of downloading the mod file delete it and it should be fixed its a 0.111 chance of not being fixed
Just Remove the Resource.cfg in your mod folder. that will fix the lifetime wish bug problem. or just simply remove all mods. including the suppress memory mod on generation. that should fix the problem. It's the mod that is causing lifetime wishes not to appear on character creation.
This glitch happens a lot with smart moving mod, I even had it. I redownloaded the mod, and it worked again.
To fix cloudy Mod Podge, try stirring it gently or adding a small amount of water and mixing well until the cloudiness disappears. If the issue persists, strain the Mod Podge through a fine mesh sieve to remove any lumps or debris.
Don't mod. modding can be dangerous and get you in trouble. ESPECIALLY don't mod the darts with tacks!
To fix mistakes made with Mod Podge, you can try gently scraping off the excess with a craft knife or sanding it down once it's dry. You can also try using a damp cloth to wipe away any excess Mod Podge before it dries completely.
Try binding f4 with gm_showspare2, hope this helps
Have you tried deleting your addons?
You can find Oblivion mods in the community pages of the site. They won't all be able to fix bugs but if you report it appropriately then it will be looked at.

If you are using the Fallout Mod Manager (which is highly recommended) you can go to the tools toolbar and select Archive Invalidation. This may fix your problem.
