Heated seats were not an option on any Mark VII's
I don't know what kind of car you have but the heated seats in my Equinox shut off when the key is turned off.
if it's a touring it will have leather seats heated seats and basic brakes if it's a track it will have cloth seats and brembo brakes if it's an enthusiast it will have cloth seats and manual seats
TC means traction control. If you don't know what you are doing, it is probably a good idea to just leave it on. I don't have heated seats in my Saturn. So I don't know the answer to your second part, but if I was a betting man, I would think they would be on the seat itself. Check next to the seat adjustment controls on the left side of the seat.

I'm not sure but I know it has heated seats. That might be where the heater is located in the car. Not sure.

The only window that is heated in any car is the rear window. As far as I know ther's no such thing as a power heated window
