Usually, players seem to use the term "skiller" for a player who exclusively non-combat skills, that is, doesn't train combat, and doesn't get the combat level up. I don't recommend it; it is very impractical. However, I assume some players consider it an interesting challenge. So, you simply train several skills, but you completely abstain from combat.
