Your best bet is using ninjitsu art of transformation on a lvl 4 ninja, like ninja grandmaster sasuke or strike ninja, to get out a lvl 7 beast/insect/winged beast out and go from there. Use the lvl 1 "colored" ninja's for their flipeffects. There is no stronger ninja monster.
