How do you zoom out text size on your computer?

The answer may vary according to which operating system your computer uses and also the type of mouse you have.

One way is to hold down your Ctrl button with one hand while moving the scroll wheel on your mouse with the other. The text on your screen will enlarge if you roll the wheel forward, and reduce if you roll it backward. Change accordingly

Another way is to click on View in the main toolbar in the upper left hand corner of your screen and then scroll down to click on Zoom. A sub menu will pop up and you can then choose to Zoom Out. Change accordingly.

You can also click on the small black arrowhead pointing downward near the magnifying glass (it has a plus symbol in the center of the glass) in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Click on Zoom Out from the pop up menu. Changge accordingly
