you first have to have the rainbow wing then you go to ecruteak city go strait from the main entrance and go through the door go to the guy on the right and talk to him if you have the rainbow wing you may go through then you go down the stairs and go down the hall and go up the stairs then go all the way down the ally and go in the building then go to the left and show the guy by the ladder the rainbow wing a nd he will let you through then go up the ladder and then go all the way down the hall then go up the ladder and make your way through the maze.
