If you don't feel any shame from the 7 deadly sins you've made and not repending them that makes the soul unclean. As you know God does not like unclean souls. He wants us to come to him for anything and for him to help us and to be holy. If we do not repend or call on him at all for all the sins that we made the problems could be server and absolutely deadly.
