I don't think it leaves the body. It just gets used up by our bodies.
Sorry, I don't have a definite source for this, but if you think about it, ATP is a form of energy, if you use up ATP, then what's left of it is ADP + P. In cellular respiration, the last step creates ATP by jamming ADP and P together. Therefore I don't think ATP ever leaves the body.
