when you are too self conscious nothing will be fun. you will be constantly searching around the room comparing yourself to everyone and everything. if you are too weak to move around and play with your friends you can't have fun. if people around you start to eat, the anorexic person will have to come up with some clever lie around eating or picking at their food.
being anorexic means wanting to be something you're not. but everyone is beautiful. it's just the media that tells us otherwise. magazines and tv are full of skinny girls to make young women think they aren't good enough. but that's not true. it's just a way to control you. to get you to buy their products and hate yourself so you're easily led in any direction.
love your self. you are the best friend you have and the only person who can really take care of you. life is about letting go and being free. dancing.
if you eat when you're hungry and stop when your full your body will be the size it's supposed to be. excersice will make you feel better about yourself and eating healthy good food will make you feel happy. organic fruit has lots of vitamens, juice instead of soda, yogurt instead of ice cream. making interesting meals with lots of spices and diverse foods will make food fun and you will know exactly what goes in your meals so you don't have to eat fatty foods.
