How does Antonio Sabato Jr. work out?

According to his book, he supersets his exercises to develop toned, sinewy muscle as well as using his supersets to work toward fat-burning and endurance capacity. He separates his upper and lower body workouts on alternate days. He does not include much nutrition guidance, however. One is only to assume Mr. Sabato started with a reasonably well-functioning, fast body metabolism. He does advocate a balanced diet and really plays down the need for supplementation.
