Edward and Bella's baby (Renesmee: half vampire- half human) is immensley strong like a vampire. It was said that the vampire/human babies rip themselves out of their mother, killing them instantly. Bella's ribs get broken and so does her spine so her body if failing and her heartbeat is stopping. When it finally stops then they have to start getting it going again for her to live... that's all i am going to tell you because otherwise it would be a major spoiler.
