Rna means Ribonucleic-acid (rye- bo- new- clay- ic- a-Sid);

DNA means Deoxyribonucleic-acid (de- oxy- rye- bo- new- clay- ic- a-Sid);

DNA is Rna without the oxygen at the 2' carbon atom.

As well, in Rna, Uracil is placed where Thymine would otherwise go.
