Ive read all the books & in the second book they all think he did but at the end emalie, dean & oliver visit that night again by going in deans head and watch the dream. which shows someone freeze everything , cut deans throat, puts blood on olivers mouth to make it look like he did it . They soon find out that it was deans master Lythia. she comes in the 3rd book.
