It doesn't learn the move naturally. You must go to Grandma Wilma's cabin on (Route 210) after you win at the Snowpoint Gym (you must use rock climb). If you bring a dragon-type Pokemon and have a good friendship rating with it, she will teach it Draco Meteor, the STRONGEST dragon move available.

∙ 12y agoyou need him to trust you and take him to blackthorn city and there is a house with a old grandma and grandpa talk to the grandma and she will ask who to tech it to. But if garchomp dose not trust you she will not let you tech it to him hope that i helped you.
