Ian Malcom played by Jeff Goldblum did not die in the Jurassic Park films.
His leg was badly broken when the t rex threw him and I think he bled to death in the book. I don't know if he even dies in the movie.

Ed Regis is not directly in the movie, however, based on the book's description of him he could be the driver of the Jeep Grant, Ellie, and Malcolm are in when they first arrive on the island. Otherwise there is no mention of him. In the book Ed Regis is killed by the juvenile T-Rex.
