There are three deathly hallows:

The Elder Wand was gained by Dumbledore after dueling Gregorovitch. In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood PrinceDraco Malfoy disarmed Dumbledore and the Elder Wand recognised him as the new master but the only person who knew this was Dumbledore himself. Voldemort retrieved the wand from Dumbledore's tomb but it didn't work properly for him and he killed Severus Snape who he believed to be the master of it because he killed Dumbledore. At Malfoy Manor Harry took several wands that Draco was holding and became the owner of them, one of these was Bellatrix which meant Harry was the rightful owner, nobody knew this until during the final battle when Harry worked it out. When Harry dueled Voldemort in the Great Hall, his disarming Expelliarmus charm repelled Voldemort's Killing Curse (Avada Kedavra), and the wand flew out of Voldemort's hand to Harry, it's rightful owner. Afterwards, he uses the wand to repair his phoenix feather wand, and does not keep it for himself.

The Resurrection Stone was found by Dumbledore in the house of the Gaunt. It had a curse on it, crippling Dumbledore's hand, which Harry noticed when he came to retrieve him from the Dursleys in Half-Blood Prince. Dumbledore used the Sword of Gryffindor to destroy the Horcrux of Voldemort's that the Stone contained, and Professor Snaped helped to contain the effects of the curse placed upon it by Voldemort. Dumbledore hid the Stone in the Snitch that Harry caught in his mouth in his first year that he bequeathed to Harry in his will. The Golden Snitch was given to Harry by Rufus Scrimgeour in the Burrow during the summer after Dumbledore died. Snitch's have never been touched by a human before it is caught by the seeker and it has flesh recognition so Dumbledore was able to hide something that only Harry could retrieve. It was expected that something would happen when Harry touched it but as Harry points out, he nearly swallowed the first snitch he ever caught. When his mouth was put to it, the Snitch read, "I open at the close." Before Harry went to his death in the Forbidden Forest at Hogwarts, he opened the Snitch to find the Resurrection Stone. He released his father (James), Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, and his mother (Lily). They walked with him until he came to the clearing where Voldemort and his Death Eaters were waiting. Harry casts it away into the forest.

The Invisibilty Cloak was passed down to him by means of Dumbledore from his father, James Potter. Dumbledore had been borrowing it when Lily and James had been murdered by Lord Voldemort. It had been in the Peverell family until it finally came to Harry in his first year at Hogwarts on Christmas Day. He used the Cloak in his many adventures and night wanderings at Hogwarts.

Did voldemolt die in Harry Potter the deathly hollows?

voldemort does die in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows at the end, he kills himself by his own rebounding curse with the Elder Wand. he tried to do the killing curse on Harry, but Harry was the true master of the Elder Wand, so the wand did not kill its master. the spell rebounded and killed, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, Voldemort, once and for all!! thanks for asking!

Is Harry Potter the Master of the Deathly Hallows?

Yes he is because he overpowered Draco Malfoy who overpowered dumbledore who was the original master of the elder wand. he was given the resurrection stone inside the golden snitch from Dumbledores will and the invisibility cloak came from his ancestors. James Potter lent the cloak to Dumbledore but then he died so dumbledore gave it to Harry. It was originally Ignotaus Peverells the youngest brother from the story of the three brothers. it was then passed from father to son and from mother to daughter until it reached Harry. So he had all three Hallows after defeating Voldemort. So he is the Master of the Deathly Hallows. Re- read the book and you will understand what i am talking about.
