Well Jacobs grandfathers tribe was descended from wolves which i guess is why ,his great grandfather was a wolf but the gene was passed down to Jacob himself ,and the rest of the wolves great grandfather must have been in Jacobs great grandfathers tribe which is why they are also were wolves .
Jacob is a werewolf. Technically, he does not become a werewolf until the second novel, New Moon, and he remains a werewolf for the rest of the series.
At the age of 16..
He is muscular after he is a werewolf. He is also muscular before, because he is going to become a werewolf.
Jacob first transforms into a werewolf in "New Moon" after he and his friends Sam, Quil, and Embry encounter a vampire in the woods. The transformation is triggered by trauma or danger, which causes the dormant werewolf gene in their ancestry to activate.
i guess around pages 220-222
Jacob is 16 when he becomes a werewolf in the book New Moon
Alice Cullen
Seth Clearwater is the first werewolf to join Jacob's pack and Leah Clearwater comes next.
he will become a werewolf. as as they call it in "breakin dawn" a shape shifter
Actually, she's not half werewolf, she's a hybrid between human and vampire, but she's been imprinted by a werewolf {Jacob Black}. Imprinted is basically a werewolf verios of falling in love.
Jacob never does become a Vampire, Jacob imprints on a half human, half vampire if what you were thinking about. That is why there is teams, Team Jacob (werewolf) and Team Edward (vampire) I don't think they would screw up that up with Jacob becoming a Vampire.
First, he is not a true werewolf. He is a shapeshifter. It said in Breaking Dawn. And second, no. He thinks the gene died out with Ephraim.
