I would think that Joseph would have been pleased to learn that the woman he was to marry had not been unfaithful and have gotten pregnant by another man, but was instead over shadowed by the Holy Spirit. How Joseph felt by being given the responsibility of helping to raise the Christ Child I don't know, but it should have been a great privilege and pleasure.
