How does Megan Fox do her eyeliner?

She probably tight lines, which means that she lines below her upper lashline as well as above her upper lashline. It's easily achieved if you use a cream eyeliner with a brush. If you wiggle the brush as you apply it, it will deposit the liner in between your lashes to create the illusion of fuller lashes. I have seen her with and without liner on her lower lid so I guess that's optional. Hope I helped! Happy Lining :D
