To be honest, sports is only a minor part in your choice of college. It also depends on what sport. Some colleges can recruit you, while others you simply have to apply and get accepted. South Carolina has college reciprocity agreements primarily with neighboring states in the Southern region. This allows students from these states to attend certain public colleges in South Carolina at in-state tuition rates for specific programs. Always check with the individual institutions for the most current reciprocity agreements and eligibility requirements.
