after you graduate do missions for a few days until mr mime appears next to the kecleon market. talk to him and get through. after that explore crevice cave and rescue sciszor after beating frosslass. then he gives you secret rank. basically, after you finish each event do missions for a few days and it will trigger an event somewhere
