Capulet treats the nurse like a servant and yells at her. Not to say that she wasn't a servant of the Capulet household, but the Capulets treated her better than their other servants an had some respect for her because she DID raise Juliet.
The question needs some clarification. Whose treatment of the nurse are we talking about? Juliet adores her, until she realizes that she is perhaps not the best advisor in the world, at which point she becomes cold to her (but not cruel). Mrs. Capulet relies heavily on her to manage all relations with Juliet, who her mother does not know or understand. Mercutio treats her abominably, talking rudely and obscenely to her just because he can. Romeo, on the other hand, always treats her with courtesy. The nurse is, however, an employee of the Capulets, and occasionally she o'ersteps the line and becomes too familiar. When she does this by arguing with Capulet about forcing Juliet to marry, he blasts her.
when Romeo's friends when paying out the nurse for wanting a word with him, Romeo ignored the remarks of his friends and treated the nurse with respect.
In "Romeo and Juliet," the nurse is a comical figure. Romeo and his friends tease her and chase her when she brings a message to Romeo.
they bothered and poked fun at her but romeo is a little more respectful because Juliet was close to the nurse and he knew i he disrespected her Juliet may think less of him
