How does Spock come back to life?

Captain Kirk dies while on Veridian III. He and Captain Picard are in a fight with a nut job named Soran. Kirk dies after suffering injuries from a metal catwalk collapsing beneath him. Picard then buried him nearby. (After defeating Soran.)

Technically speaking, he hasn't truly died yet. But if you are referring to the second movie, he died of radiation poisoning. The ship's warp drive had broken, and he went into the radiated room to fix it, thereby saving the ship.
