Mary Jane had to leave before breakfast in "Huckleberry Finn" because her uncles were involved in a scam, and they needed to escape to avoid getting caught. She feared that if they stayed for breakfast, their plan would be exposed.
One example of understatement in "Huckleberry Finn" is when Huck describes his abusive father as "a considerable healthy-looking, fat sort of man." This understates the severity of his father's character. Another example is when Huck says he had "considerable trouble with them" to describe the dangerous situation he faced when encountering robbers in the Grangerford-Shepherdson feud.
It was a man named "Boggs" he was the so called town drunk in Arkansas and Colonel Shelburne got fed up and shot him, because he kept threatening to hurt people. Then after he shot him, the townspeople got upset and threatened to lynch him, only to be told by Shelburne that they were a bunch of cowards.

In "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn," Huck tricks Jim by pretending that the events they experienced on the raft were all just a dream. He tells Jim that the events from the night before, where they got separated and were both worried about each other, were just something he imagined. Huck then reveals the truth to Jim, who is both relieved and hurt by the trick.
Yes. After fighting Ice King, The Cosmic Owl says to Finn in his 3rd dream," You blew it." And then, Flame Princess leaves Finn because he used her own secrets againest her. She thought he was a nice boy that would not keep secrets, but turned out she was wrong.

In the Second Season (Start) Finn & Rachel are together however when Rachel finds out Finn actually had sex with Santana she retaliated by cheating on him (making out) with Puck - Puck however stopped before anything big happened and said he didn't want to do this to Finn again. Rachel & Finn try to "work things out" and he fully breaks up with her around Christmas - at the "regionals" (episode "original song) Finn told Rachel to Break a leg and she told him "last time we were here you told me you loved me". However when Finn heard that Jesse was back in town in the recent Episode "Prom Queen" he began to act "protective" to Rachel as he had been there the year before when he had hurt her. Jesse and Finn got into a big fight later during the Prom leading to both being kicked out of the Prom - the altercation started after both Quinn & Finn were dancing and Rachel & Jesse - it started after Jesse leaned in to kiss Rachel's neck. Finn "broke" the two apart and began fighting with Jesse - and later that same night Quinn slapped Rachel across the face in the bathroom - the two of them continued talking in the bathroom as Quinn and Rachel had both had a very dramatic night. I think Finn will always love rachel
