it depends is your dad high tempered or laid back ? is your dad a single dad? i told my dad & mom at 18. they already had figured it out. i mostly got the silent treatment until the baby came then they was all over her ! what are YOU going to do now? try & get a job ? stay home with your baby? i think if you sit down & try to have a adult talk with no yelling or anger, tell him what you want, and that you just want his support he should be ok with it. now you need to start acting like a mature mom and adult no hanging out late night w/your friends or babydad (if he is around) instead go to baby stores, go to parenting classes, make your dr. apt's trust me i am so happy i had my daughter but it takes alot of proving yourself to your dad & others you want your baby to grow up and look back & say my mom loves me & CHANGED her life for me ,it might be hard but it is whats right.
