Looks like same question as here:

It is a metal box with slots cut into it.It is located behind the fuse panel on the driver's side under the dash.If you are looking to replace it, you must get the same exact one for your van. These modules are not 100% interchangeable. There are several modules available.
The starter on a 1992 Plymouth Voyager starter looks like a round metal object. The end that you can see is mostly flat, and the part in the engine has a gear to turn the motor over.
The control module looks at inputs from all the sensors. Based on the data it's getting, it computes air/fuel ratios and tells the transmission when to shift gears.
Look at the Electronic Control Module. If it is the module type that looks like a dull aluminum box with 2 or 3 plugs to it, these are problematic; Replace it and keep a spare with you at all times.Look at the Electronic Control Module. A 1996 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER IS NOT INTERCHANGEABLE WITH A 1993, IT HAS TO BE A 1993 TO A 1995. SOME FUEL PUMPS HAS A 3 WIRE CONNECTOR, AND SOM HAS A FOUR. THE FOUR WIRE IS A MORE EXPENSIVE FUEL PUMP.
Dodge uses what is called a "Powertrain Control Module" or PCM this is located on the PASSENGER SIDE inner fender just behind the air box where your air filter is. It will be aluminum colored and looks like a flat box.
The book I looked in has some printing missing BUT it looks like the ignition module could be mounted below the steering column. It is in some Subaru's. Hope this helps.
My understanding is that it is built into the PCM Powertrain Control Module. This would be the Black rectangular box mounted inside the engine compartment on the passenger side fender. If you want to see what one looks like, do a search on Ebay as if you are trying to buy one. There you will find a picture. There are many, many systems that control or add to the management of the 4L60E transmission. If you are needing to know where the transmission control module is, I wish you great luck with finding it.
