That is near impossible without starving yourself, which is NEVER good. The most you could loose, while eating a healthy diet, is about 28 pounds in 4 months. This diet includes:

600 Calories

35 or less fats (not including Omega 3 and 6 acids)

Best way to eat on this diet:

Breakfast: Big breakfast (bowl of cereal, 2 fruits, and a whole wheat product)

Lunch: Mild lunch: Whole wheat sandwich with extra lean deli sliced meat, no mayo, and a friut/veggie

Dinner: Small: Some noodels without cheese (whole wheat), or half of a pbj sandwich, and always a veggie
