Crosman has made several model .22 Caliber pistols. Please state the model number. The condition of the gun and is it still working?
My catalogue list the JC Higgins model 126.2831 as a Crosman model 180. I believe your 126.2830 is also the same model. (Crosman and Daisy made air guns for Sears.) If I am right then see the link below

I have absolutely no information on a Crosman model 143. Are you sure it isn't a model 140 or model 147. I even searched the net and can not find anything on a model 143.
The model 126.1930 was made by Crosman. It's really a Crosman model 140 made between 1955-68.
