Cyclonic separation is a method of removing particulates-1from an air, gas or liquid stream, without the use of air-filter-1, through vortex-4502separation. rotationeffects and gravityare used to separate mixtures of solids and fluids. The method can also be used to separate fine droplets of liquid from a gaseous stream.
A high speed rotating (air)flow is established within a cylindrical or conical container called a cyclone. Air flows in a helical pattern, beginning at the top (wide end) of the cyclone and ending at the bottom (narrow) end before exiting the cyclone in a straight stream through the center of the cyclone and out the top. Larger (denser) particles in the rotating stream have too much inertia to follow the tight curve of the stream, and strike the outside wall, then falling to the bottom of the cyclone where they can be removed. In a conical system, as the rotating flow moves towards the narrow end of the cyclone, the rotational radius of the stream is reduced, thus separating smaller and smaller particles. The cyclone geometry, together with volumetric-flow-rate, defines the cut point of the cyclone. This is the size of particle that will be removed from the stream with a 50% efficiency. Particles larger than the cut point will be removed with a greater efficiency, and smaller particles with a lower efficiency.

the cyclone technologie forces air to spin round at very high speed, creating centrifugal force and causing the dust particles to be pulled out into the bin. it has no loss of suction because the are no bags which block up the mechanism
Cyclone means, "-noun 1.a large-scale, atmospheric wind-and-pressure system characterized by low pressure at its center and by circular wind motion, counterclockwise in the northern hemisphere, clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere. Compare anticyclone, extratropical cyclone, tropical cyclone. 2.(not in technical use) tornado. 3.Also called cyclone collector, cyclone separator. Machinery . a device for removing small or powdered solids from air, water, or other gases or liquids by centrifugal force."
What is the function of separator
No it will not.
A three-phase separator works by using gravity to separate oil, water, and gas that have been produced from a well. The separator utilizes different compartments and internal components such as baffles or weirs to slow down the flow and allow for the separation of the three phases based on their density. Each phase then exits the separator through separate outlets.
No, cyclone feeds are only for Tippman markers, because they have a small port on the side that allows excess Co2 to flow from the valve, to power the cyclone feed.
yes a washing machine is a separator
Do you mean oil separator or oil separator valve? BUELLGUY
A cyclone will not work on a Sonix, it is a specific Tippman Hopper
