I would say no because fish actually don't sleep. They are always swimming and never sleep so therefore they never have any dreams.

Suprisingly, fish don't lay down on their sides like human beings, or some animals. However, everything must sleep to live. Fish have protection lenses (at least that is what I call them!) on their eyes which keeps anything harmful from going into their actual eyes, and that's why they can't blink. So when they do sleep they can't close their eyes, so obviously people would think they're still awake.

Hope this helped!

Schools of fish are known to keep moving continuously without resting often. Fish do not seem sleep like most other animals do, but some fish, like the brown bullhead fish, do not respond to nearby movements during the night. Some fish can even be picked up completely out of the water and remain motionless.

Yes, fish do sleep, but not in the way a person or animal does as they do not have eyelids.
Some fish, like a clown loach, will actually lay on their sides when they rest; other fish float upright, and even move about very slowly when sleeping.

No they do not as they do not breathe like animals or humans, but rather get their oxygen from the water.
