I would bring my concern (complaint) to the attention of the manager on duty at the store level. If my complaint was dealt with in a respectful manner I would send a letter of appreciation to the corporate office. If however I was not satisfied with the discussion with the manager on duty I would write the corporate office with the details of the complaint and the response of the manager.
An employer is most definitely not supposed to use foul language under any circumstances towards any employee. If this word offended you in any way, you should call corporate office for the company you work for, and file a complaint towards the manager.

File a complaint with who and for what? A former employer can be sued. If they signed documents when they came to work for an employer and later violated the agreements be they secrecy agreements or whatever then violated the agreements of course they can be held liable in civil court for these violations.
