Im not a horse, but i own a horse called Merlin. Horses weigh much more than you do and they are very strong. This is the reson why you have to use a bridal. You dont need a bridal to stay on, but you need it to control the horse. The horse cannot really feal that u are riding on him/her unless u are comunicating with the horse. -
