Practice practice practise. First start when there are no other people in the lift. Practice everywhere, at home at work, in the car.....

Then go for it, if you make a little bit of noise who cares, smile :). Review your performance. Understand what you did well and what needs to be improved. Sooner or later you will be ripping off deadly lift killers with a real smile on your face.

PS. I recommend you keep a straight face and smile inwardly until you leave the lift. This is even more fun with only two of you in the lift.
