It depends on the patient. Sometimes you feel that you're helping people. Sometimes you feel that the person just doesn't understand what you've told them, and you feel frustrated. Sometimes you know that a person is a drug addict and you've just given them something that they are abusing, so you feel frustrated and angry that the doctor has agreed to give them that medication.
