Well, some plants are just A cell, so there is that. Land plants develop from an embryo, much like us humans. This is the result of the effort of several cells though, so it is really many cells becoming a plant.
Meristematic cells are plant cells that are responsible for plant growth, and retain their totipotency. I suppose a single disposed meristematic cell could eventually build up an entire plant, but it would have to have a lot of help, I would think.
No cell just like humans a sperm and an egg join and make a cell and that cell eventually will turn into a plant.
A plant cell commonly has chloroplast, which can perform photosynthesis, ie turn CO2 + light + water into carbohydrates.
because it will turn green
it makes food turn into energy.

to turn water and carbon die oxide into glucose and oxygen
note:please edit. plant cells are rectangular shaped, making it sturdy. they use one organ to turn sumlight, air, water, and nutrients into sugar.
The cell wall provides structural support and rigidity to the plant cell. It determines cell size and shape by regulating the amount of water that can enter the cell, which in turn affects turgor pressure. Turgor pressure influences the expansion of the cell, ultimately impacting its size and shape.
